Unique, upscale, boutique exercise studio and lifestyle brand looking for Part-Time Front Desk Associates to join our team. We are seeking professional, smart, energetic, highly personable, enthusiastic candidates who excel in customer service and will perform their duties with dedication and commitment. Experience with high-profile clientele or the hotel and restaurant industry is highly preferred. Familiarity with health, fitness, and athletics a plus. Great job for college or graduate students who have a flexible morning and evening schedule and are available to work at least 20 hours per week.
Responsibilities include:
• Providing customer service to clients
• Assisting the Studio Managers in daily studio tasks and projects
• Maintaining studio appearance and retail display
Requirements:
• Excellent interpersonal skills and service-oriented outlook
• Excellent phone etiquette
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent computer skills
• Ability to communicate clearly with team members
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task within a fast-paced environment
• Ability and willingness to initiate tasks and perfom duties without direction
• Flexible schedule
